Course information

In this class, we will discuss a wide variety of issues relating to the production and consumption of foods.  We will link core biological concepts with issues surrounding sustainable agriculture, organic farming, genetically modified foods, nutrition policy, and the influence of food and agriculture industries.

We will be using Introduction to Agronomy as our textbook, but there will be many supplemental materials as well.  Click on the image of the book below to order.
